In order to use this service, you must register first. Log on with your domain credentials as you would to log on to the computer.

After you register and lock your account, follow these easy steps to unlock your account

1.  Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com on co-workers computer or your phone.
    
   
2.  Type in email your Champions First email address, type the special characters in box and click Next.
   
   
3.  Click either “I forgot my password” if you cannot remember your password or click “I know my password, but still can’t sign in” if you know your password and want your account unlocked.
    
   
4.  Follow the verification process and your account will be unlocked.
